The Promise I Made to Myself: After turning 40, I committed to fulfilling one long-held aspiration every year. 　 Last year, I finally earned my international certification in psychological counseling—a goal almost ten years in the making. This year, I am bringing "Meeting Yvette" (剛好郁見你) to life, a vision I’ve nurtured for over three years. 　 Over the years, I have navigated diverse stages and engaged with various leaders on a multitude of strategic themes. I have always believed: Once the essence is clear, the problem is no longer a problem. 　 That is why I am building this space—to allow these dialogues to unfold slowly; a place for meaningful exchange and radical inclusion. This is not just an "HR podcast."
